1 cup Lemon Juice
¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder
2 tbsp Olive Oil
¼ cup Milk
Water
Tub
Instructions
Fill a tub with warm water and put the lemon juice, cinnamon powder, olive oil and milk in it. Mix well.
Put your feet in the tub and let them soak in the water for 10-15 minutes.
Now, wash your feet with a mild soap, dry them with a towel and apply a foot care cream.

Most of the people dose not like fruites & veg. they dose not know about the importance of fruites & veg. actuly fruites & veg. are great gift 4 us but we dont understand. If we use fruites & veg. regularly then i dont think so we have any problem.
" most of the youngster have SKIN PROBLEM they are all very upset & use any tablts but all medicne gave good result but 4 a few days or months. Most of the women use formula creame but if they dont use that the problem come again & again.
People dont understand if use fruits & veg. like orrange, carrot, strawberry, watermellon, papaya & etc we can reduce our disease & many problems specialy skin problem.
